While my roots in wrestling and DDR provided a foundation for discipline, my true shift was internal. On day six of my first water-fast, my psoriasis cleared and my mind became silent for the first time. It was the definitive proof that biology dictates consciousness. This led me to identify specific food triggers that were driving my own behavior and emotions.
